Refund policy
Easy Returns and Exchanges
We will accept any exchanges that are in a new and unworn condition. Even if you changed your mind or bought the wrong size.
Firstly, please contact us via email at info@veldties.com within 5 days of receiving the shoes to inform us why you would like to return or exchange the shoes. Please include your order number to help us in locating your order details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Secondly, send the items back to us to our mailing address. Once we receive the shoes we will inspect it and communicate further with you via email. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
If the shoes are in an unused condition, we will issue a full product refund. Damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Order cancellation
You may request a cancellation of the order before the item has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order can not be cancelled. Please contact us via email at info@veldties.com with your request.
General warranty of shoes
If, within 4 months after delivery of the shoes you find that the product is defective or faulty, you can arrange to send the shoes back to us. Please send an email to info@veldties.com informing us why you are returning the shoes. We will inspect the shoes and if we find that the product is indeed faulty or defective we will offer you a full product refund or replacement.
Please note:
1. We regret that we cannot cover the costs of return shipping as we are a small business and cannot afford to absorb the costs. Thank you for being so understanding and supportive.
2. The following are examples of things which will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to a replacement or refund under the general warranty conditions:
* Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
* Damage arising from incorrect usage, misuse or abuse of the shoes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
