Processing time

We will endeavour to dispatch your order in 2-3 business days. In the unlikely event that we do encounter any problems in this regard, we will notify you via email within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.

Estimated delivery time

The actual delivery time will depend on your location. Your parcel will be shipped from Australia through AusPost, our preferred carrier.

Australia orders: 2-11 business days*

New Zealand: 3-5 business days*

UK and Europe: 5-6 business days*

America, Canada: 4-5 business days*

Rest of the world: 6-10 business days*

Customs, import taxes and duty
